My Ultimate Guide to Sustainable Living makes eco and plastic-free living a lot easier!

I've spent the last ten years trying to find the best ways to live sustainably, be as plastic-free as possible, and have a positive impact, but it has been a very long journey.

I started my eco journey in fashion but over time, my passion to have a positive impact forced me to consider all of my consuming habits from the deodorant I was wearing to what kind of toothbrush I used, and the more I learnt, the more I wanted to learn.

I researched a lot. I didn't shy away from the facts and figures about plastic. I didn’t bury my head in the sand or think ‘someone else will save the planet’. I opened my mind to a better way of living. I said no to buying certain things when I really wanted to say yes. I went without for a week or two while I searched for better, more sustainable options when I needed something. I stopped and considered more than just me and right now and thought about everyone else and the future.

And, bit by bit, I’ve slowly changed the way I live and now I live with less, I buy better, and I’m a more sustainable human.

But sustainable living isn't easy, let's face it.

There's a lot to think about, there's a lot of information out there, and life can be busy. There's not always time to make the best choices, and there's not always time to research every single detail about every single product we buy.

And that's exactly where the idea came from to release my Ultimate Guide to Sustainable Living. I want to make it easy for you to be a sustainable human. I want to make it fun for you to find amazing brands doing good things for the world. I want to make it interesting to learn about what's going on in the world of plastic and I want you to feel inspired to reduce, reuse and recycle.

So, my Ultimate Guide to Sustainable Living is full of easy, everyday swaps that you can start making today to have a positive impact. It’s a starting point. It’s a little step towards a better, more sustainable future. It's all things plastic-free, recycled plastic, reusable, biodegradable and sustainable.

Living sustainably isn’t about being perfect. It’s about taking small steps every day. It’s about making a conscious effort. It’s about seeing the bigger picture and remembering that every action we take today, has an impact on tomorrow.
