When I was running one of the largest online stores for ethical and sustainable fashion, I really could have used a slow fashion-specific community. 

I could have used a mentor that had done what I was trying to do and could share their lived experiences.

I could have used a community of likeminded slow fashion business founders to bounce ideas off, ask for advice, get feedback from and just chat with.

I could have used a cheer squad who understood what it was like to be running a sustainable fashion business and all the struggles it comes with.

I could have used access to industry queens and fashion kingpins so I could ask my burning questions and get practical answers for growth.

I could have used a cheer squad to celebrate my wins instead of feeling isolated and cheers-ing my own champagne glass when I was a solo founder.

The first five years of running TFA was so bloody hard. I felt isolated, overwhelmed, stressed, broke, tired, stretched, I needed help, I wanted to scale but didn’t know how, I was scrambling and juggling and just treading water, and I really could have used something like the Slow Fashion Circle back then.
