Bloom. That’s my word for the year. I don’t set New Year’s resolutions but instead, I pick a word that symbolises what I want for the year ahead and I run with it.

This year, my word is bloom and it symbolises where I’m at in life and in business.

I feel like I’ve been sowing the seeds for a decade, and what’s ahead for me this year is a blossoming, a blooming, a beautiful period of growth and joy in my work.
